Prior to my current position, I served as the General Manager at the St.Gallen Institute of Management in Asia (SGI-HSG) for a period of five years. This institute, located in Singapore, was the University of St.Gallen&#8217;s inaugural international institute. During the pursuit of my PhD, I held the role of Research Associate at the Institute of Management (IFB-HSG) from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, I spent a year as a visiting PhD candidate at INSEAD in Singapore from 2013 to 2014, further enriching my academic experience and perspectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have gained teaching experience at both the University of St.Gallen and Singapore Management University (SMU).
